Resilient Together: Capacity Building Training Support for Local Innovators

10 February 2025

Yogyakarta – IDEAKSI (Ideas, Innovation, Action, Inclusion) II has entered its sustainability phase, which will run until March 2025. IDEAKSI remains committed to assisting and supporting local innovators in improving their capacity and the sustainability of their innovations. Of the 15 local innovators who participated in the scale-up phase, 13 of them continue to strive to maintain the sustainability of their existing innovations.

As part of efforts to strengthen the capacity of these groups, a series of training sessions have been held since November 2024 in accordance with the specific needs of each local innovator group. These training activities have been met with great enthusiasm from participants, not only for the benefit of the group but also for personal development, particularly in disaster risk reduction.

IDEAKSI is supported by Elrha, Start Network, ADRRN Tokyo Innovation Hub, and funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The programme aims to empower local groups to create solutions to challenges in their respective communities.
