Project management cycle training is a structured learning process designed to improve participants' knowledge, skills, and competencies in understanding, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating each stage in the project management cycle.

This training focuses on a comprehensive understanding of the main stages of project management, from identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, to termination or continuation of the project, with the aim of enabling participants to manage projects effectively, efficiently, and in a results-oriented manner.

MEAL training is a structured learning process that aims to enhance the capacity of individuals and organizations to comprehensively understand, design, and implement monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems in development and humanitarian programs or projects.
