Currently, 15 groups of IDEAKSI 2.0 innovators are entering the growth phase (scaling-up). One of IDEAKSI’s core values as an innovation hub is to provide a space for exchanging knowledge, learning, and consultation. IDEAKSI remains committed to enhancing the capacity of local innovators.
The How to Become a Facilitator Training, held on Tuesday, 23 July 2024, aimed to teach methods for becoming an effective facilitator using engaging facilitation techniques, including how to deliver material and manage a classroom. Ultimately, local innovators are expected to be able to design facilitation plans and materials that are appropriate for the target audience and can be delivered in a more interactive way.

The results from the pre- and post-training assessments showed a 91.5% increase in participants’ ability to understand both theory and practice effectively. This success is largely due to the role of the professional speakers, Gideon Surya, who are experts in public speaking and human development.
